2nd time we have stayed here, booked several rooms for the grown-up family. Staff are great, and all the rooms were clean and well presented, the garden room is lovely. Parking is cramped and limited, but there is also plenty of free on-road parking. It's about a 10 minute walk to the pier / centre, or the beach is 1 minute away. Good value for money. Already booked for next year!!
Suited our needs on a 6 night stay in July 2023. No breakfast are served here, so this allowed us a relaxing sleep in, which was exactly the purpose of our break. Tropicana cafe served breakfast if required, which was 3/4 minute walk across the main road. Indu one of the owners was very helpful and if you needed anything you just needed to ask her. No daily room service, again this suited our needs. Nice clean room (Room 5 ground floor) which had a refurbished shower room. Small car park (4/5 cars) but street parking is free. 10 minute walk into town center and all amenities. There is a Coop and Tesco Express (with ATM) a couple of streets away. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on another relaxing break to Weston SM.
Stayed there with my Son 10/07/23 - 12/07/23. Absolutely spotless. Indu is amazing and has fantastic customer service skills. Lovely, clean, good size ground floor twin room, highly highly recommend and will definitely be booking to stay again. Close and walking distance from the train station and very near beach and pier, etc.10/10 from my Son and I for this establishment. Thank you for a wonderful stay which I really needed.

My party were in Weston for the Shanty Festival. Originally staying elsewhere, we were required to find new accommodation, and luckily we were able to book rooms here. A slightly longer walk to town but worth it. The pier is 10 minutes walk along the prom. The host is lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Our bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was good. Would definitely stay again.
my mum and i stayed in room 5 and it was lovely the staff were very friendly we're going to try and stay there again for my birthday
